GSA SER DA/PA List: What Moz Numbers on a Target Actually Mean
A GSA SER DA/PA sorted list is a target folder someone ran through Moz to grab the DA and PA of the URL you are about to post to.
DA and PA describe the target, not your post
Domain Authority (DA) is Moz’s score for the domain. Page Authority (PA) is Moz’s score for the URL. Both are estimates.and are not PageRank related.
When a list seller says DA 15+, they mean they dropped targets whose DA score was 14 or less. A DA 20 guestbook that returns 404 is still a 404. A DA 8 wiki that takes the post is still a live target. You are filtering the target you post on.
PR, Alexa, and Moz Filters in GSA SER
No targets to post to is often a filter issue, not an list issue. Settings filters too strict and cause this to happen.
Alexa is a traffic rank, inverted (lower is bigger). Moz is the one people mean when they say DA/PA list.

Verified: GSA SER posted, then confirmed the link live. Strong signal the URL still accepts a GSA post.
DA/PA: a third-party estimate of how much authority the link already has.
